There will be signs posted on and around the club property for

the 2023/2024 hunting season. No Does are to be taken off

the property

Clubhouse cleaning committee

 Club is cleaned on a regular schedule. A calendar will

be posted on the bulletin bord for members to sign up to

help clean the clubhouse each month. Work Party credit will

be given to members that assist. Next cleaning dates will

be announced by Nina Cairnes.

A suggestion box has been installed in the club which can be

used by anyone. Suggestions can be submitted anonymously

or by your name.

Board of Directors will be discussing having the meeting room floor tiled. Will be brought to the table at Novembers meeting. Sealing the parking lot is on hold till spring of 2024. AED was brought to the table in Octobers meeting, will be discussed and voted on in November.

Darts will be shooting every Monday at 7PM starting October
