An Active Club Member attends at least 6 of 12 monthly meetings and 4 work parties. Once active, 4 monthly meetings and 2 work parties required.

Clubhouse Cleanings

Performed on a monthly basis on the Thursday after a club meeting.

Performed on a weekly basis. They need to be vacuumed, swept, and mopped.

Annual dinner

APRIL 12TH, 2026: Will need volunteers to set up and clean up after dinner.

Opening of Pavilion

This will be performed in April. Jobs are removal of snow fence, blowing out all the leaves, opening and cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning picnic tables, and cleaning of cooking area.

Cleaning out ditch along roadway to pavilion

This job is usually done in April using blowers and rakes.

Mowing of lawns and weed wacking

Will start in April and be performed every 2 weeks.

Horseshoes pit work

This will be done in late April by adding more dirt into pits and painting the shoes.

Trap Field and range work

Jobs will be replacing of wood on targets, filling the target backstops with dirt, and picking up and disposing all the broken clay birds. May and October scheduled.

Club trails

These will need clearing and trimming back brush. Will schedule a few work parties to perform this in May.

Clean inside Garage

This is a job to be done in May. Will be repairing the shelving in there also.

Clean out gutters on clubhouse

Will be done in May and again in late October.

We will need volunteers to cook and measure fish. Event held on JUNE 14TH 2026

pRESSURE WASHING OF CLUBHOUSE

Will be done in June of July

Painting of garage and trap chapel

Will be a summer job

Will need some attention due to leakage near window. Demo and reconstruction will be needed.

Will require some carpentry work.

This will be to prevent gutter damage and will happen sometime in the summer.

Closing of Pavilion area for winter

This will be done in late October. Jobs to include putting up snow fence around pavilion, winterizing the bathrooms, and cleaning of cooking area, and possibly blowing out leaves if needed.
